Terms of Service
What the service is
BodyBid is a platform that connects endurance athletes with companies interested in sponsoring ad space on the athlete's body during a race. At this stage the site is a validation page: it collects waitlist signups and does not allow financial transactions.
BodyBid's role
BodyBid acts as a technology intermediary between athlete and brand. It is not a party to the sponsorship contract, does not own the content athletes publish, and does not guarantee the sporting or media outcome of the sponsorship.
User obligations
- Provide true, up-to-date information that refers to you.
- Do not use the site for unlawful activity or submit third-party data without consent.
- For athletes, comply with the advertising transparency rules in force.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BodyBid is not liable for service interruptions, data loss or indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Intellectual property
BodyBid's brand, layout, copy and code are protected by copyright and trademark law. Logos uploaded by brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the consumer's court where applicable; otherwise the court of the controller's registered office.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
