Data controller

The data controller is BodyBid, registered at [INDIRIZZO], VAT [P.IVA]. For any request about your data you can write to mite.gj9@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• Email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Signup timestamp and confirmation status (double opt-in).
• Technical browsing data in aggregated, anonymous form.

Purposes and legal basis

• Managing the waitlist and sending you project updates: the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations and defending a right in court: the legal basis is legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

We keep signup data for 24 months from the last interaction. If interest in the project fades, we delete the list and let you know with a dedicated email.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

We use Kit (kit.com) as our email marketing provider: it manages the waitlist and the confirmations (double opt-in). Data may be processed on servers outside the European Union, based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We never sell or hand your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to mite.gj9@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
